e-Learning Management System (e-LMS)
The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Academy, Nagpur, in collaboration with the Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-informatics, has developed a state-of-the-art e-Learning Management System (e-LMS) to enhance the capacity building of disaster response personnel across the country.
The e-LMS platform serves as a centralized digital hub for training, knowledge dissemination and skill development in the field of disaster management. It enables trainees, instructors and stakeholders to access structured courses, training modules, instructional videos, reading materials and online assessments anytime and anywhere.

User Guidance for e-LMS
Follow these steps to access and use the e-LMS portal effectively.
Registration (New Users)
To access courses and examinations, users must first register on the e-LMS portal.
Steps for Registration:
- Visit the e-LMS portal: https://ndrf.pmgatishakti.gov.in/NDRF_LMS/login?logout
- Click on the “Register” or “Sign Up” option on the homepage
- Fill in the required details such as:
NameEmail IDMobile NumberOrganization/UnitOther Necessary DetailsUsername and Password
- Submit the registration form
- Verify your account through OTP/email (if applicable)
- After successful registration, login credentials will be activated
Login to e-LMS
Steps for Login:
- Go to the e-LMS portal
- Click on “Login”
- Enter your:
Registered Username / Email IDPassword
- Click on “Sign In”
- You will be redirected to your dashboard
Enrolling in Courses
Accessing Learning Material
- Open your enrolled course
- Access: Go to
Course contentSelect Course – Module – Topic – Open PPT
- Note: Please give feedback before assessing course material
Appearing in Online Examination
- Navigate to the “Examination” or “Assessment” section
- Register for the relevant course exam
- Ensure:
Stable internet connectionCompletion of course modules (if mandatory)
- Click on “Start Exam” on given time
- Submit answers within the allotted time
